Daily maintenance and precautions of drug stability test box；
1. When handling the equipment, the inclination should not be greater than 45 degrees in order to avoid damage to the refrigeration system.

2. After the equipment is transported and placed in place, the refrigeration system should be restored (1-2) days before starting, so that the refrigeration system can work normally and prolong its life.

3. The equipment must be connected with a good power outlet.

4. Balance of equipment placement

After the equipment is put in place, add the pure water with the appropriate water level in the water tank, open the power switch of the equipment, and make the water cup in the tank automatically add water. After half an hour or so, open the door of the box, observe that the horizontal surface of the water tank (humidifying evaporator) on the bottom of the studio should be parallel to the bottom and submerge the evaporator without overflowing. In the working room, if the requirements can not be met, then pad the foot of the box or open the back plate, adjust the water level of the water cup to ensure that the humidifying evaporator is all submerged in the water, so that the temperature in the box is not heated directly when humidifying.

5. When the temperature in the box is below dew point, the humidity probe is easy to accumulate water vapor after opening the box, which makes the humidity display 99.9%. At this time, the humidity probe should be heated and dried. Only when the humidity is below 99.8% can it be used.

6. When the equipment operates at low temperature (below ambient temperature) for a long time, it must be operated at 40 C for about 2 hours every half month, and then put into operation.

7. When the equipment is out of use, it should be treated to remove the moisture. The specific methods are as follows: drain the water in the box, set the temperature at 40 C, run for 5 hours, and open the door every 2 hours to release the moisture, after the treatment, remove the power plug and store it.

8. The ambient temperature of the room where the equipment is stored should be between 5 and 30 degrees. If the temperature is higher or lower, the compressor will work faster and the load will increase.

9. Keep the water in the storage tank clean and prevent sticky water from being released regularly for 3-6 months. Disconnect the power supply of the submersible pump before releasing water.

10. Keep in mind that the water level of the storage tank should not be lower than the water level of the upper interface of the submersible pump to prevent dry burning and damage to the submersible pump.

11. The flume in the equipment is cleaned regularly for 6-12 months.

12. Dehumidification should be carried out after high humidity. The temperature should be adjusted to 40 degrees humidity and run for 3 hours. Because humidity will affect electrical appliances, conduction, electronic components.

13. Repeated opening interval of compressor must be more than 5 minutes, otherwise compressor will be damaged.

14. The fin air inlet of the condenser will accumulate dust for a long time to form cotton floss. When the equipment is running, it is swept by a relatively high power hairdryer.

15. Pay attention to the external cleanliness of the equipment, and wipe it with a wet towel.
